Laura R. Klein, MD, FAAD
Dr. Klein grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and received an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Kansas in 1981. While practicing nursing, she studied pre-med at the University of Kansas and in 1982 moved to Louisville and studied at the University of Louisville. Dr. Klein is board certified in Dermatology and maintains this status with regular recertification.
Denise L. Puthuff, MD
Dr. Puthuff is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1987. Following her internship plus two years of internal medicine residency at the University of Louisville, she completed a dermatology residency at Ohio State University in 1995. She is board certified in dermatology and maintains this status with regular recertification.
Margaret Hamilton, APRN, DNP
Margaret is a native of Bardstown, Kentucky. She earned her Bachelors of Nursing from Miami University In 2010. Upon graduation, she was accepted into Vanderbilt University’s Nurse Residency Program. She worked as an oncology/medicine RN for several years and completed her Masters of Nursing in 2013 from Vanderbilt University.
